FAQ

Your shop is empty!

Unfortunately, much like a bard in a one man band suit I am a dice making party of one. Hand-made dice are a time consuming process and I am currently working on fine tuning a few processes in order to have larger shop restocks and *hopefully* avoid selling out so quickly! Recently my shop restocks have been selling out extra quickly so it may be best to make sure you have a shop and Paypal account made and ready with all of your information to save time during checkout.

I will announce dates and times both here and on Instagram/Twitter so please feel free to follow me there for updates!

I have also recently started a Patreon, and those who follow there get access to exclusive sales for those looking to get a leg up on the dice competition!

Are these dice balanced?

This is a tricky question that we dice makers get a lot. All my dice are cast in a pressure pot to help balance, and each die is inspected carefully to ensure all of my dice are free of any flaws that would effect rolling. Please note that unless you are purchasing casino grade dice, most polyhedral dice, even from the most popular companies are simply not perfectly balanced. Bubbles and blemishes can occur in even the best factory made sets. All dice at Ritual Cast are one of a kind pieces of art and perfectly usable for your favorite tabletop games!

Do you do commissions?

Yes... and no. Each month I will be opening a very small handful of commissions to those who support me on Patreon. Unfortunately due to high demand I am unable to open them publicly at this time.

What are your dice made from?

I use only high quality resin that is resistant to yellowing to ensure your dice will stay lovely as long as you keep them. Although I use UV resistant resin please note it is best to keep your Ritual Cast dice in an opaque dice bag or box for best long term color preservation.

Where do you buy your dice molds?

I make my own silicone molds based off of custom designed master dice that are made only for Ritual Cast by the wonderful Master Maker, Arcana Cast! You can check them out on Etsy and Instagram and I cannot recommend him enough for any dice makers looking for a master maker!
